Radisson Blu Hotel

Very good experience

Pros: The hotel is clean with a professional staff Breakfast was excellent with variety of options Access was little difficult due to long u turn 1.6 km to reach hotel

Cons: 1.6 km U Turn to reach hotel

Convenient to stay if you don´t plan to spend much time in a hotel and if noise does not disturb you

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfast, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There´s a shuttle going 2 times per day to Kite Beach and back to the hotel.

Cons: At the moment there´s a construction of multistore building going on near the hotel, and construction lasts sometimes till 12 p.m. or even longer at night. It creates noise, which makes it very difficult to sleep :(. The hotel is called \

Pros: Everything was clean, comfortable and nice, thanks to the receptionist ( I don’t remember his name) for giving me a great room with an amazing view, suite 1208 😂 ,the air conditioning was amazing which is very important to me and I slept very well. Thank you radisson blu and thanks to all the hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel and big ups to the Stuff. The is a gentleman who was on a shift with Brenda, Sonaj is his name I think.

Pros: Staff is great. Very helpful and kind. They made me feel important and to relax. Gave me the best room as I asked.

Cons: Can I suggest they add a blanked in the room. I was a cold at night and I could not get to use the aircon. Aircon controller not that simple. Caught some flu a bit coz I get cold at night. Maybe also the shower, add a glass coz water spills when you shower. Can you maybe add a toilet brush to clean in just for quick quick. After doing the deeds some of us like to leave it clean instead of calling someone to come do it. I feel disrespectful. Otherwise I hope is a good feedback. The plug to connect the Iron is a bit far and in a corner. Had to be careful coz I kept on pulling it out. I stay close to Raddison at Kempton park, maybe I should visit a night and also see the setup to review.

Pros: Overall, the hotel was very good. The restaurant, bar and gym were all of excellent standard. All staff were great, particularly housekeeping - always keen to help. Rooms were good size and provided perfect comfort.

Cons: My only issue was with the constant noise from the nearby building site. They would start at 11pm and continue through the night. Also, they would obstruct the car park entrance at regular intervals. I know this is out of the hotels control, but it slightly spoilt an otherwise excellent stay.

Pros: Going the extra mile. It was my husband's birthday and I did not communicate this but the hotel delivered a chocolate cake to our rooms and the cleaning staff would leave lovely items for us. Example once we found towels folded into the shape of an elephant with \

Location Good value for the money.

Pros: Location. Staff. Facilities. My room has a very good view on the canal. I had many delivery through Talabat. Staff were very good.
