Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with a welcoming environment and great service.

Pros: All the staff were polite, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which created a very pleasant atmosphere overall. During breakfast, we had the most interaction with Jyotishankar and Khan, and they truly stood out for their excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and always approachable, making sure we were comfortable at all times. They checked on us regularly, assisted us promptly with anything we needed, and did so with a positive attitude and genuine care. Their professionalism and kindness made breakfast not just a meal, but a really enjoyable part of our day.

Cons: There was nothing in particular that we disliked. The service during breakfast met and even exceeded our expectations, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

It was very good. In the buffet you have a view to Burj Khalifa while you have your breakfast

Pros: Our stay at Ramee Dream Hotel was absolutely exceptional. The staff, especially the receptionist Ms. HAZEL were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, spacious, and boasted a stunning view of the burj khalifa. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the hotel's prime location, which was within easy walking distance of the main attractions and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. We will definitely return on our next visit!\

Convenient and good value for a short visit.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to Bay Square, Dubai Mall and Downtown area. Plenty of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Rooms are spacious with separate elevator, well away from the nightlife. Not what I would consider to be a family hotel, better suited to lone travellers and couples.

Cons: Drop off area is difficult for drivers to enter and exit and no one helps you with your luggage. Pool area is covered so not somewhere you can spend the daytime.

Overall, nice experience. Liked it.
