Pros: Staff are super nice and helpful. The TV in the room was not working properly... 3mins after call they send people to.fix it

Pros: The room was nice with the burj khalifa view. The staff were friendly.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was not good at all. The sour dough and eggs I ordered did not tatse well. We ordered french toast and pancakes, they were undercooked. The plates and tables had a bad smell. The staff were running around unable to accommodate all the visitors at once. We skipped their breakfast the next days although our reservation included breakfast. The bathtub in the bathroom is very high incase you have an elderly, they wont be able to lift their legs to jump into the bathtub for a shower.

Cons: Small room and given the very good water pressure in the shower cabin the door should have a heavy duty silicone retainer at the bottom to stop water from pooling outside the shower cabin

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect for Dubai Mall. Just a 5 minute walk from the outside and you are there the rooms are clean and a good size.

Cons: The pool seems nice but is in the shade most of the day it seemed.

Perfect

Pros: I chose Vida to be close to the mall as it was a shopping trip. It is indeed a very small(indoors) walk to the mall. It is also a short walk to the Dubai fountain and there are also several outdoor restaurants on the same road. So the location is good. The hotel is modern, chic and comfortable. Breakfast is perfect. I will definitely use again.
