Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown by IHG

A warm, stylish and memorable stay with outstanding staff.

Pros: Had a great stay. Extremely clean, nicely decorated, and the staff were very kind, heartwarming, and professional. Special thanks to Wivine, May and Somaye for their exceptional kindness throughout our visit. Also a big thank you for arranging a surprise and a birthday cake for my friend - a very thoughtful gesture that we genuinely appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, and it was great that it wasn’t the same every morning but rotated. It was also a big plus that you could order different types of coffee from the barista and various egg dishes directly from the kitchen. The shakshuka was delicious 😋

Cons: The pool area only gets direct sunlight for a few hours a day.

Amazing

Pros: The hotel is super clean, friendly staff, room deco is nice and modern.

Cons: None

Lovely long weekend stay...

Pros: Lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant 1 evening and it was great too. Good location for Dubai Mall and getting around by Ubers was easy.

Lovely stay, relaxing hotel, excellent staff but problems at night with traffic noise

Pros: Lovely comfortable hotel in a central location walking distance from the Dubai Mall. Excellent, efficient and friendly staff. Good atmosphere in the place

Cons: My one and only complaint was the all night noise from powerful cars accessing and exiting the major roads nearby. This went on til 5 or 6 am. It wasn’t just one or two it was constant.

Great location, lovely staff, easy and fun rooms with a nice view.

Pros: The staff were friendly and attentive and it was nice and clean and in a great spot.

Cons: The pool doesn’t get much sun.

Pros: Central location, walking distance to Dubai Mall. Rooms are not your standard hotel room design, very nice vibe.

Cons: Ask for a higher floor if you are a light sleeper as the hotel is quite close to the road

Good but

Pros: The staff were amazing, shout out to Michael, he was extremely helpful!

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t good at all to be honest and it felt like the staff who were managing the restaurants were mostly on their phones and sometimes ignored us

Pros: The hotel’s atmosphere is magnificent, very creative and artistic, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The staff are young, friendly, and always very attentive and pleasant. The hotel offers plenty of amenities — you never get bored. The restaurant is beautiful, breakfast is abundant with all types of food options. The rooms are cosy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. I loved it!

Cons: The TV is not smart and the available channels are very limited. I don’t remember if there were any, but I think they should have options for nearby places to visit, including partner agencies that could take us to those locations, especially for busy people travelling for work that don’t have time to think about leisure.

Great choice of hotel for a short stay, friendly and casual atmosphere, close to airport and Dubai Mall.

Pros: Unique decor, vibrant colours, fresh, casual ambiance. Comfortable rooms, and super comfy beds.

Cons: Great variety of food for breakfast, however, did not offer dairy free yogurt options for breakfast, and charged extra for matcha latte.

Pros: The decor was stunning!! Location superb. Definitely value for money.
