Amazing

Pros: The view from the room was stunning. I was delighted that they offered to change the room I'd previously booked on Booking. They offered me a more convenient and comfortable room for the same price.

Cons: Some small details, such as the bedroom door latch and one toilet flush button, weren't working. I think these are easily fixable issues.

Exceptional

Pros: Abdulkarim and Abbas in the reception were very helpful. The staff outside carrying the luggage were great. Shireen helped us get tickets and guided us. Overall, great experience.

Cons: The noise from the street. The entrance to the hotel had traffic.

Luxury undefined.

Pros: The burj kahlifa view from the secret garden and our room balcony although we did not book a fountain view room but it was still visible from the balcony. The skills The staff was courteous enough to give us an anniversary cake and chocolates. Its a stone throw away from the dubai mall and kidzania and of course to the burj kahlifa.

Cons: It was very high priced. They could price it a little more moderately. Considering the amount you pay to stay at the hotel the breakfast spread was rather miser.
