Pros: Location is perfect - between Dubai Marina and JBR. The apartment is spacious, ideal for 4 people - 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The view is nice, 17th floor :) The host is supportive and responsive. The price is very reasonable - good choice for a family seeking comfort and not luxury.

Cons: There were some small issues but everything was fixed and the price justifies them.
