Pros: Great location with direct access to Dubai Mall and overall a beautiful hotel. However, I faced a few service issues during my stay: my room cleaning request via the TV was not fulfilled, the 8 AM wake-up call never came, and the body wash in the bathroom was empty. Staff were polite, but attention to these details needs improvement.
