Pros: First of all, the location, close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. Nice balcony with view to Burj Khalifa. Easy check-in, check-out, safe place. The studio is comfortable, with good facilities. As it looks in the foto.

My go to place in Dubai
Pros: Second time in one week! Even with a water view, they really know how to give you the right vibe through the interiors. It was amazing. The room was even more beautiful than the one I had the previous week. This time everything was perfect. Clean bathroom, everything you need, and a mattress you never want to leave. I have finally found my place in Dubai every time I come. You truly feel at home and it is one of the few areas where you can go out and walk among skyscrapers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Feels like home
Pros: could not have asked for anything better in terms of view and height. The location is fantastic and you can even reach the Burj Khalifa on foot with a pleasant walk among brand new skyscrapers and many more still under construction. The bedroom was wow and the building itself is beautiful. For this reason alone, the stay was amazing. However, having a great view is not enough. The only point I could criticize is the bathroom cleanliness, which was not exceptional, and there were some crumbs on the bedroom floor. Nothing serious, it can happen, but it is still fair to point out these oversights when they occur. I cannot wait to come back.

Pros: Everything about my stay was simply perfect! The apartment was very clean, bright, and full of natural light during the day. It feels modern, cozy, and really comfortable just like home. Everything was exactly as shown, maybe even better! Mohammed, the host, was amazing. Whenever I needed something, He answered right away and was always kind and helpful. You can really count on him for anything. He made my stay easy and stress-free. The location is perfect very close to the Burj Khalifa, easy to reach by walk or by car. There are also supermarkets just 2–3 minutes away on foot and there is a pharmacy just right under the building, which is very convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place to everyone. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants a clean, beautiful apartment and a great host! Highly Recommended100%!

Pros: First of all, the view from the balcony was totally unexpected, loved the view and aminities. Mohamed Kamal has been really very helpful and promptly communicative throughout our stay. Would high recomment in terms of value for money, location, aminities, accessibility and ambiance.
Cons: The Security/Concierge at the reception needs improvement, in terms of communication and etiquettes.
