Good value for money.

Pros: Lovely modern foyer and the coffee shop and staff were excellent. There is also a convenience store right outside for essentials.

Cons: The internet. It threw me off and disconnected me constantly. Please put in better Wi-Fi. A better selection of food and desserts is needed for the pool bar.

Pros: Cozy hotel next to the metro station. Varied breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast restaurant was noisy and it took a really long time to get an ala carte omelette.

Really good located

Pros: The hotel is really good located near to Dubai Marina walking near by 20min. The metro station Sabha ( red line) is 3 minutes walking to the hotel. That metro station also has the Tram that takes you directly to the beach

Pros: I liked everything , very clean , professional staff , It was work travel and I had meeting thus I arrived in the morning before checking in they let me take shower in Spa and get ready for my meeting . Breakfast was very good

Positive impressions: The breakfast was absolutely exceptional — incredibly delicious and one of the best I have ever had. The staff were very attentive and hardworking; I truly appreciated their efforts. The hotel itself is very good, with great facilities, including a nice swimming pool. Areas for improvement: I had difficulty getting a power adapter. Even after two or three requests, it was provided quite late. It was almost impossible to reach the reception by phone — no one answered my calls. On the 35th floor, right when I exited the elevator, there was a noticeable smell of acetone. Pros: Excellent location, good and specious room with tea and coffee. friendly staff always ready to attend to guests needs.

Pros: Overall, everything was very good. The room, cleanliness, and general service were all satisfying. My only issue was the breakfast service, where I had to wait a long time and felt ignored. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant.

Cons: I was disappointed with the breakfast service. I waited a long time for the cooked meal, and the staff kept ignoring my request while taking orders from other guests. It felt like there was a lack of attention and unfair treatment. This really affected my experience.
