One of the best urban-away-from-the-sea locations in Dubai

Pros: The location is ideal for being next to the Mall of Dubai and Burj Khalifa. Tasty breakfast and for three nights is quiet varied. Good pressure of the warm water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable-large and soft. Nice basket of fruits as a compliment. The club downstairs is amazing-beautiful design and atmosphere.

Cons: Too cold in the room-the reception controls it and is maximum 22 degrees. Also kind of smelly-the air con, both in the room and on the hallways to the outdoor swimming pool. The spa is totally underwelming. The design in the breakfast area is both cheap and industrial, contrasting with the price level and with the next door club and restaurant, which is exquisite. The chaos at breakfast time is unpleasant and not becoming of a 5 star hotel. We had a top floor room but with the view on the total opposite side of the main interest points. Also the traffic noise is incessant and very loud. The terrace with its chairs have seen better days.

Awesome location

Pros: The hotel was extremely well situated as we wanted to be close to the mall and Burj Khalifa. We got upgraded to a bigger room and it was perfect for four people. Awesome view of Burj Khalifa from our room.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, which made everything easy for me. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and cooperative. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and throughout my stay the team was always supportive and attentive. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Cons: While the service and experience were excellent, I hope the hotel can consider more competitive or flexible pricing in the future to make it even more attractive for returning guests.
