Pros: We stayed at Hilton Dubai The Walk and had a truly wonderful vacation. Everything exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the reception by a staff member named Tamer. He was very friendly and gave us excellent advice and helpful recommendations. We initially booked for 2 nights, but thanks to his professional and kind approach, we happily extended our stay for another 5 nights. That made a great start to our trip. The housekeeping team was also amazing — on my daughter’s birthday they beautifully decorated the room and the hotel kindly surprised us with fruits and sweets. It meant a lot to our family. Breakfast and dinners at the restaurant were excellent — very tasty food and a good variety every day. The service staff were polite, caring, and always smiling. Our children especially liked them. We would like to give special thanks to Myat, Mao, Khinzar, and Alina for their kindness and warm attitude.

Just what we wanted for an introduction to Dubai.

Pros: Great options with our half-board booking. We had a very large room with good kitchenette facilities. Location is perfect for the marina walk. It's a half hour to the airport. Room attendants, restaurant staff and concierge were all very pleasant and very helpful.

Cons: Other reviews mention challenges with the elevator system. this is true for the elevator in the main lobby. However there are other elevators which are less busy.

Pros: The problem was booking.com. First time I used it. Payed upgrades and extras promised by booking.com is not showed at the hotel. A bit enjoying when offered a studio room after updating to a king size and asked to leave the executive lounge when you booked it. If you book through booking.com make sure to Rosie your time at the reception to ensure all details you payed for is registered. Note, I never had this challenge with hotels.com
