Perfect

Pros: We booked Marina Byblos for our son and daughter in law to stay in whilst visiting us here in Dubai. They enjoyed every minute and said the staff went above and beyond and they made every effort to make their stay perfect. They have booked in again for next years annual visit. Thank you to all the staff for making their visit memorable

It was very nice.

Pros: I enjoyed the room with a nice view. The harbour was outside. It was nice seeing the boats.

Cons: Nothing. The food was nice. The bar was nice.

Nice hotel with easy access

Pros: - room with Marina view & quiet - comfortable bed - kind staff - no hassle with codes to the lift - good price to value - English bar downstairs

Pros: Absolutely great staff very helpful and always kind to ask if we need anything at anytime doing our stay, We Enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back, the Restaurant has a good buffet and on the hotel there's also night club and a pub ( the nightclub is not disturbing at all. It has a great location as it its only 5 min walk from the Metro and not even 10 min to the beach It has also restaurants just across the street of the hotel, that are open all night We really enjoyed our stay

Cons: When we came th 16 they was renovating the foier but some days later it was already nearly done, it make some noise but only when you inter in the hotel when they are working, we did not hear anything that bothered us from our room at th 3 floor. Only a shame they don't have balcony's but in the end it was very ok also without

Pleasant stay near the beach

Pros: Thank you for the warm welcome! We've got a message that the hotel is undergoing a renovation. Anyway, it didn't bother us at all. Nights were quiet, and during the day, we were mostly out and about. The staff made an effort to make the renovation as seamless as possible. The location is great: close to the supermarket, to the beach and to the trains/trams.

Cons: The room is very badly lit. It would be beneficial to add a center light in the living room.

Good as always, and the staff are excellent and nice that they recognise me as a frequent guest.

Pros: Staff are always excellent. Although there was refurbishment work on going it did not impact my stay. I was moved to one of the newly refurbished rooms as I had a problem with the shower in my room. This was excellent and the issue dealt with without an issue.

Cons: Nothing really. Due to the refurbishment one of the lifts was out of action temporarily, which increased the wait time on occasions. Had a water issues in my original room which meant I had to move.
