Pros: Perfect location, helpful staff, and very clean room.

Cons: nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Even our standard room was luxurious.

Cons: The wall to the bathroom was transparent. Even when the blind was down my wife felt uncomfortable.

Fourth visit here and will not be our last. Really enjoy everything about the hotel but especially the staff.

Pros: It’s location is excellent with nearby metro station, close to the beach and also close to the Marina Mall and lots of cafes and restaurants

Perfect

Pros: We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Imane, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She carefully explained the different facilities, gave us a tour of the property, and even accompanied us to the elevator. Since the day after our arrival was my son’s birthday, we were delighted with a wonderful surprise in our room: Glovos, a small cake.. such a beautiful gesture that my little boy absolutely loved. The breakfast restaurant is truly magnificent, both inside and out. The variety, the view, the ambiance, the warm welcome, and the service were all exceptional, honestly, 10/10. I would like to especially thank Ahmad, who served us throughout our stay with a constant smile. A thousand thanks! I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, including Mouad, Getalrd and Wasil, for their friendliness and kindness. Honestly, I have no regrets choosing this hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last visit.

First stay in Dubai

Pros: A perfect stay at the Crown Plaza – the staff, from reception to the restaurant, were exceptionally kind and helpful (a special thank you to Su Mon). The dining room was quiet and well-organized, and the terrace was a real pleasure. The dishes/menus were high-quality – those with gluten restrictions will find plenty to enjoy. The common areas, as well as the room, were impeccably clean. The location is also perfect: on the promenade (directly accessible from the back), near the Mall for those who love to shop, with easy access to public transport and, of course, taxis (via reception). The excursions were excellent and we highly recommend them. In short, nothing but positive things to say, and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

A favourite place with a great location and friendly helpful staff

Pros: Excellent location on the Marina. The staff friendly and helpful at all times. They do go the extra mile especially the restaurant and lounge staff. The reception and entrance staff helpful and friendly no matter what time or how busy they are. The lounge is a pleasant peaceful area on the 4th floor with great staff who remember your name and personal likes .Always book a Marina view, it’s spectacular.

Loved it and would come back again

Pros: It is a great location with all the amenities. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Fouziya at the front desk who provided us a great room with a great view. Breakfast was excellent with a plethora of choice and it was lovely sitting outside in the January weather. We requested a late checkout and they accommodated us. The location is the biggest plus point!

Pros: Very nice stay. Rooms a good size and well equipped, although I didn't feel were immaculately clean - several stains on the bathroom tiles and the carpet didn't feel so clean, I prefer rooms without a carpet. The beds were comfy. NYE celebration buffet was great. Club lounge was excellent with brilliant service from the team. Fabulous location next to Dubai Marina Mall.

Cons: Room was a bit noisy with possible plumbing pipe sounds. It was nice to be able to sit outside at breakfast, but the birds swooping onto you and your food made it impossible - I don't know if something can be done to deter them?

Level of service could not have been higher.

Pros: Excellent range of foods and very attentive staff. One drawback: once or twice we had to queue before being admitted to the breakfast area

Cons: Slow check-in at peak times = 10.00 a.m. onwards
