Pros: The staff were fantastic. Especially Adel, he went above and beyond for us. He made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. He couldn’t possibly do anymore for us to ensure we were happy with our room and our stay. He also accommodated us an upgrade on arrival. Adel… you are 11/10 and an exceptional member of staff. I hope the hotel are aware of your outstanding performance in your job role and that you are a vital member of their team.

Pros: I loved the size of the rooms and the beds. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons: The hotel is located at the Marina area. If you want to move up and down Dubai in other areas expecially during traffic time it will takes up to 1 hour to go anywhere. But the Marina area offers everything you need.

Pros: Our room was perfect, spacious and we enjoyed a wonderful view. The breakfast was excellent, a very large choice of every type of breakfast. The location was very central and excellent to reach any place of interest very easily. Above all the staff of the hotel were exceptional! Helping us out with a small problem that occurred during our stay. Not to mention their attention to detail! A big shout out to Jose! who made our daughter smile all the way back to Italy!! We will definitely be returning to stay with you in the near future. Thank you!

Pros: We had a truly wonderful vacation, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Mrs. Melikidze Khatu is an exceptional person who took care of everything I wished for, including my boyfriend’s surprise. She was the kindest, most respectful, and most attentive person to us. We felt treated in an exemplary way, and it is very rare to find a hotel where people welcome you with so much kindness, warmth, love, and genuine enthusiasm. I would like to sincerely thank Melikidze Khatu for being by my side, supporting me, and fulfilling every single wish I had regarding my boyfriend’s birthday. Without a doubt, when I return to Dubai, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay; suited us perfectly as ideally situated for attending the Dubai Golf event.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and efficient. Pool size is excellent as is the number of comfortable sun loungers around it. The gym was a great size with an array of various equipment. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Choice at breakfast and quality was very good. The hotel is also conveniently located for access to tram/ train services - the best way to get round Dubai.

Cons: Nothing in particular; a couple of issues were raised however these were dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner by Ahmed and his team.

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect, and the level of service truly exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to commend Melikidze Khatu, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. She assisted us with reservations and planning our stay, and thanks to her, everything was smooth, easy, and well organized. Beyond that, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding – from the warm welcome at check-in (unfortunately, I do not remember the receptionist’s name) to the attentive service during our stay and the check-out process. Every staff member demonstrated remarkable kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. There is no doubt that we will return to this hotel in the future, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hospitality experience.
