Would definitely recommend the hotel for all it’s facilities, food, staff and services

Pros: This was our 1st time visiting Dubai so chose to stay in the JBR area. The hotel sat perfectly on the beach with an amazing pool area and beach club vibe. Our room was spacious with gorgeous decor. Everything about it was amazing! All the staff were amazing , from the guys serving food and drinks at the pool & beach to the waiting staff inside the hotel. Special mention to our room attendant Ali who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He always had the biggest smile on his face when we’d meet him in the hall and would ask us about our plans or how our day was going. He truly was amazing at his job, a real asset to the hotel!

Cons: The only complaint we could have isn’t about the hotel it’s self it’s about the live DJ set that are on a Friday and Saturday night at the Five Luxe hotel next door. They don’t finish till around 3.30am in the morning and as our room faced that side we heard it all. Not the best!

Pros: The property exceeded all our expectations. We stayed in a room on the 33rd floor with a stunning view. The reception staff fulfilled all our requests and were very professional and kind. The breakfast was excellent, and the beach is among the best in Dubai. The restaurant and the club within the hotel are outstanding and offer a great experience. Special thanks to the club security team for their professionalism and respect towards guests. Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel with friendly staff

Pros: The staff are exceptionally helpful and cheerful. The location is excellent on a beautiful part of the beach and easy reach of lots of restaurants.

Cons: Only evaporated milk on the complimentary tea and coffee tray. UHT or powdered milk would be a helpful addition. The music by the pool was very loud from 12.30 pm so we moved to the beach and I would have preferred it to have remained at a lower volume until the evening.

Great stay! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. There were quite a lot of families there and seemed to be great

Pros: Breakfast was such a good variety, room was lovely, hotel was clean and we loved the pool areas.

Cons: There was one evening where the five hotel next door had an event & it kept us up until 2am, was extremely loud. We were only notified of this via the Tv that day.
