Pros: A new hotel, very good facilities, excellent and punctual service (the pool staff are wonderful). Due to its more secluded location, it offers a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy yourself.

Cons: Two main points that I believe could be improved, not critical, but if improved will be really good: 1 - Despite the construction in the nearby buildings, the only noise that is bothersome is from the people dismantling the buffet structure on the beach. For those in rooms facing the beach, noises of this kind between midnight and 1 am are not pleasant. Although the idea of ​​dinner on the beach is great, I believe it needs to be better planned. 2 - Although the transfer is free, the waiting area has no cover and neither does the boat itself, resulting in almost an hour of unplanned sun exposure. I believe this really needs to be improved.

Cons: Only boat time if it's 24 hours will be perfect

Pros: The beach is really nice, clean water. Friendly staff.

Cons: Really need to work on the quality of food. The food wasn't good, very bland and no flavour. Very limited options and kind of forced to eat the buffet as the a la carte options are only available after 11pm

Pros: Value for money, free boat ride, exceptional breakfast, clean facility, will use again if life permits

Calm, new experience,

Pros: So calm i liked the idea of no kids around I liked the complementary tour around the island and got to see the seahorse house

Cons: Nothing all good except I didn’t like how one of the staff came into our room before we checked out to check if we used anything from the mini bar even though when I checked out the reception told me all good just five minutes to check if anything was taken from the minibar

Pros: Everything was great Hats off the baker All the baked goods were exceptional But facilities, rooms pool everything was great

Cons: The cooking in the buffet was half half it could have been better Especially in breakfast the scrambled eggs and sausage was half cooked When the rooms are being cleaned for check in please make sure the shampoo, conditioner etc.. are full for the guests

Pros: This place is out of this world. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, always with a smile.The architecture and the interior deco is top class. I enjoyed the island tour. The night events at the club and at the pool. They allowed me to do a later check out, I took the last ferry out back to Dubai. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, I will never forget this place. I will be back in the near future🫶🏽

Everything is perfect

Pros: Relaxing ， very unique concept， rarely seen in other places in Dubai

Perfect place for party people

Pros: The location on the island is made for relax which was perfect. The breakfast and also dinner was really tasty, nice food selection and exclusive pastry. Pool and beach working 24/7 is also very cool. The hotel is a all-day party hotel - which we didn't mind as we could usually find a nice mostly quiet spot on the beach to relax - but it was quite surprise as there was no information about the parties there.

Cons: The boat transfer to the hotel was very badly managed which gives you not great first impression as it's an inevitable part of getting there provided by hotel. Most part of the island is under construction so there's a noise from it all around the hotel and beach. The half-board option is not the cheapest so I would expect larger selection od beverages or at least some soft beverage like cola and not just tea, coffee or 2 species of juice.
