Pros: Very great hospitality... very clean rooms and comfy bed... air conditioning is super good... breakfast was very good and well cooked and organized...need more types and varieties...

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. And the hotel has 2 restaurants inside that are open until the evening. A restaurant is indicated special in Mexican food. I recommend everyone. And the subway is just a minute away from walking.

Cons: I found nothing that I did not like.

Great service by the staff. Facilities can improve.

Pros: The staff were really helpful, they accommodated to move the rooms to non smoking floor although I mistakenly booked the smoking ones. They even surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday.

Cons: The shower cabinet door in 302 was not opening/closing easily due to a rubber fault underneath. Location is not ideal for the price. Also, no smart tv in room 302.

Cons: Smoking room. While making the reservation via booking I didn’t see that the room is smoking. I even didn’t know tgat it is exist! Maybe it is not the fault of the hotel, but of the booking because there not clear that the room will be smoking and I hate this smell! So for me it was totaly the disaster. The smell was on the whole floor!

Nice hotel with good location

Pros: Great location, just a few minutes away from the metro. Close to the MMI store (with alcoholic beverages) and other mini markets. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh bottles of water are provided in the room every day. Amazing view of the Burj Khalifa from the window. Free water dispenser available for guests. A small convenience shop inside the hotel, which is very handy.

Cons: We stayed in a room for 3 people, but it felt a bit cramped, with very little space for clothes, which made longer stays a bit inconvenient. The fridge didn’t work properly and couldn’t keep our drinks cold. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable for the third person and creaked with every movement, making it hard to sleep. Also, there was only one power outlet on one side of the bed, which was quite inconvenient.
