Beach Walk Hotel Jumeirah

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance of Kite Beach. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is modest but sufficient. In my opinion, this is one of the few reasonably priced options in the Kite Beach area offering good value for money.

Pros: Proximity to the beach, friendly staff, ree towels and umbrellas for the beach

Cons: Breakfast was a little basic

Pros: Amassing location (near there is fish fair, good seafood restaurants, fastfood, beaches, walking street), helpful and friendly staff, you can get beach equipments for free (towels, pad, umbrella).

Cons: Breakfast undelicious and poor choice, in room was very loudly, in bathroom was bad ventilation.

Pros: This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location - just across the road from the beach (which, if you go to they will provide beach towels, beach mat and umbrellas for free). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too big a problem. We had other family members join us at a later date, and they were happy to make sure we were all on the same floor. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the showers/bathrooms were great. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked good and plentiful. There is a juice and coffee bar in the lobby. Overall, I will 100% return to this hotel and am happy to recommend it and the staff as great value for money.

Cons: The only thing that let it down, and it was not really anything the hotel could control, was the spa. It was not great, the treatments were very average, and it was very expensive for what you were getting. I would advise you give it a miss and go to another place which will give much more thorough treatment in a nicer environment.

Pros: Excellent hotel location close to the sea and the promenade. The hotel provides beach towels and a mat to take to the beach. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. Perfect cleaning! Breakfasts are quite good: no excess, but there is always fried eggs, porridge, pancakes, yogurts, and pastries available. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure, a marathon was taking place in Dubai and the street next to the hotel was closed, making it difficult for a taxi to reach the hotel. The staff not only helped us call a taxi and communicated directly with the driver, but also carried our luggage to the neighboring street, waited there with us, and stayed until the taxi arrived. The staff deserve the highest praise!

Cons: I recommend bringing earplugs, as street noise can be quite audible. Also, the elevator makes a sound every time it arrives at a floor, and if your room is located near the elevator, you will be able to hear it as well.

Pros: The lady who greeted us on reception and was there the following day was amazing. Helping in every way she could. Such as letting us take the beach towels back later than the check out time as we were going to the beach.

Cons: The breakfast quality and choice let this hotel down. Also the staff in the dining area were not so helpful and slow to see what needed to be done.

Pros: Very kind staff, clean rooms. Close to the beach. Great restaurants in a walking distance.

Cons: Breakfast could have a wider selection.

Pros: Service was very good. Very well situation close to the Kite Beach area. Breakfast at 7h during the wend is a big plus when you have a busy day in front of you.

Cons: Theese are all minor Breakfast was 6 out of 10 When booking it gives locations of the hotels on booking .com maps it seems that this is quite close to the main jumeriah area - it isn’t its 5km away If that’s where you think you’ll be staying But while not as busy it was really lovely spot Rooms on main rd bit nosier but wasn’t bad

Pros: The burgers at the on site restaurant are the best ! Rooms are well equipped and furnished
