Pros: Very helpful 👌 and Hotel very clean and reception staff is very kind

Pros: During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding level of service, attention to detail, and overall hospitality. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. From the moment of check-in to departure, every interaction was warm and welcoming.

Modern and fresh, but in the middle of construction around it

Pros: The staff was impeccable at all times, flexibile and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety on offer. The views from our 58th floor city view room were gorgeous, even though loud due to construction. Airy, modern and with great hospitality - I think for (especially) business related trip a great choice.

Cons: The location in the midst of heavy construction, incl at the poolside. You could hear it all the time. Sure, the property cannot help it, considering the whole of Dubai is a huge construction site in general, but the hotel could have warned us beforehand, to level our expectations and not showcase photos where poolside is a bliss, although it was as right next to concrete being erected. Also, the confusion with room booking for a family. We searched for a room for 3 people (one is a child) but received a room where extra bed was not doable, we ended up paying extra - quite a considerable amount.

Pros: My stay was perfect and all the staffs are amazing specially Lama and Meena

Pros: Staff willingness to help our stay to be better as much as they can. Squeaky clean room Very large and clean bed View was something else

Cons: Bathroom can be better, Can Take awhile for something you asked for over the phone to arrive.

Great stay at DAMAC AYKON City — friendly staff, a huge comfortable apartment, and a beautiful Burj Khalifa view.

Pros: We had a great stay at DAMAC AYKON City. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and the apartment was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the Burj Khalifa was a real highlight. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Cons: Our taxi driver took us from our airport to the wrong DAMAC twin tower building entrance, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

Very good and would return

Pros: Very nice and accomodating staff for early check in and late check out. Very clean housekeeping service.

Cons: Poor design of shower with water flooding into toilet area. Increase times of shuttle bus to Dubai mall.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Facilities and rooms were nest and clean. My overall experience was great.

Cons: Pillows can be a bit more puffy and comfortable. Honestly I did not ask if there were other pillow options.

Fantastic place

Pros: The location is fantastic and they have all commodities such as good/ classy restaurants in house.

Cons: Everything was perfect.
