A great stay very comfortable with excellent staff providing a 1st class service level.

Pros: Key aspect that makes any hotel is the service from the staff which was really excellent. Breakfast range was great also. Room was very good and clean. Location for a business hotel was great.

The hotel is welcoming and warm.

Pros: The staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast food was great — I especially loved the wide range of options.

Cons: There isn't much to see around the hotel, but at least there is a shuttle bus to the shopping centre.

Pros: We had the best experience at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai. The hospitality was exceptional, the staff were all welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. The accommodation was comfy and the ambience superb, the environment was safe and secured. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options every morning in the Marketplace and the seafood themed night there was also amazing. The Executive Lounge exceeded expectations with all it had to offer. We loved that the location was convenient and close to many attractions and surrounding areas. Kudos to you Marriott Al Jaddaf. It was indeed a top-tier experience!👏🏾

Overall good experience to stay in Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf

Pros: Nice hotel. Lavish breakfast with excellent service by the team. All staff members starting right from the gate were very helpful. Keep it up.

Cons: Location was a problem. Mostly had to use taxi. May be shuttle service frequency needs to be increased.

Pros: Everything, our first visit to Dubai was amazing. The staff at Marriott were so wonderful, specially at the breakfast, Raj, Karan, Sagar and Shipon and all the ladies. The room we stayed was nice and cleaned everyday, changing bed sheets, thanks to Everyone.

Cons: We could'nt ask for better, byond our expectstions, all the staff from receptions, breakfast team to housekeeping services amazing 5 star ot more.

Pros: Almost everything was good. I had no issues while staying at the hotel. The staff were really quick to respond to whatever was asked of them and the food was also really good. Nothing much to complain about. It was value for money. Also the shuttle bus service was very handy.

Brilliant stay.

Pros: Staff (Rana @ check in and I forgot the staff's name at check out but both were excellent examples of an ideal front desk staff) , the complete facility including the room. Simply brilliant.

Cons: I didn't get a chance to try the facilities. But that's my bad.
