Pros: I had great reception lady (I think her name is Priyanka) All compliments to her as she saved me since I need some invoice that should be split. I mentioned that when I arrived and she remember that and all was ready when I did check out. This is great example where small think bring you smile on your face.

My stay was wonderful. I would stay again

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff Close to the hospital, which I had to go to each day

Cons: The shower is not good as water covers the floor and you need to place a towel down to mop it up. When the tiles are wet they are extremely slippery and the rack that the towels are placed on is way too high. You need to climb on top of the bath to reach them if you are short like me.

Perfect location close to The American Hospital.

Pros: Staff couldn't do enough to help us. Very reasonable prices. Perfect location for our visits to the American Hospital to see my mother there.

Cons: Shower screen didn't stop water going everywhere on the floor.

Enjoy your stay in this hotel

Pros: The workers are very friendly and helpful at all times, both cleaning, reception and hotel valet. I don't remember any names but everyone who attended me during my stay was incredible. The rooms as expected of a 5 star hotel were spotless.
