Pros: Good position very close to the Metro. Nice pool, very good gym, comfortable room, very nice staff, good breakfast and restaurant.

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable, the lack of a plug close to the bed.

Pros: As always, welcoming staff and great, modern, clean and functional hotel. Gym is good, has all the basics and great view. Good breakfast. A bit isolated in Jaddaf but so convenient to avoid traffic and to be in between the Airport area, Jumeirah area, Downtown, Design District... All within 15 minutes.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Pros: It is the staff that makes any hotel welcoming. My stay was full of surprises as I never expected to get a five star feeling. The breakfast I would say is excellent. You can always ask for your choice of eggs or omelettes or if lucky even get an avocado! The Reception is very efficient with warm service by Janel , in my opinion she is a star! March too is very helpful. Marlon is the hero of the hotel- very professional but amazing in his willingness to assist. Vijit in housekeeping made my bed in 111, so well and the room was spotless! The bed and bedsheets are very comfortable! The breakfast team of Noel, Paul, Moeh, Dioh and Jabayer from the kitchen were beyond perfect! If you like doing laps, get to the pool very early when not quiet as ideal for laps..

Cons: The flush in the 1012 toilet keeps getting stuck. Otherwise I just about managed the several doors in the bathroom. I think it’s a flaw in the design but in no way upset my stay. Pool timings- in summer start early to start laps as the sun is too strong by 8am and close an hour later…
