We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Perfect location and excellent service.

Pros: The location is excellent and the marina view room view is beautiful. You can walk just 20minutes to the JBR beach. During check-in, Mr. Reza at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Thanks to him, our vacation started in the best possible way. He was always very friendly, smiling, and willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s shuttle service was very convenient. If I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel.

Cons: The only small downside was that the towels in the room could be renewed, as they felt a bit worn out.

Modern City Hotel - Clean & Comfotable

Pros: Staff at this hotel are amazing and super attentive. We felt very well looked after. Hotel was well located close to Dubai Marina. You can walk to JBR Beach in about 15 minutes via the Marina and it’s a very pleasant walk . The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. We didn’t have a balcony but we didn’t mind too much. We used the pool, restaurant and gym all of which were decent. There were good varied options at breakfast in the buffet and was good value.

Cons: I think for the price breakfast should have been included. While the shutter bus was useful, there was no booking and first come first serve policy. However, not everyone waiting for the bus understood queuing and people pushed onto the bus. This wasn’t great as I was there with my baby. Also excess people pushed onto the bus and were sitting on the floor for the journey. The hotel should consider a booking system via the app or tickets. Otherwise everything was excellent.
