Fantastic stay

Pros: I cannot praise this hotel enough , the staff are superb and it is in a perfect place away from the madness of the city center where you can chill in beautiful surroundings.

Pros: The beach pool is amazing! The staff is also super helpful and responsive. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are super comfortable and specious enough to feel relaxed. Everything about this hotel is amazing.

Useful stay location for the airport.

Pros: Very nice beach area and swimming pools next to the creek and the hotel has a central open air lobby area for the bar. The restaurant looked good but did not use it.

Cons: The hotel had a constant aerosol smell, like perfume was being released via the air-conditioning. Very off-putting. A bit over-powering. The pool area is almost permanently in the shade, whether by accident or design, and the bar / lounge area was large but a bit soulless.

Pros: I love this hotel❤️ Very good 4 star. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are clean. Good breakfast. The only thing is that the staff is a bit disappointing. We have already stayed at this hotel several times. the guy Anub works at the entrance, he works very well, he responds quickly to all requests.

Cons: Many employees recognize us, but this time we booked 2 rooms. The girl at the reception is short, wearing glasses, stood with a stony face, dissatisfied, very slow and did not tell any information, she just gave out the worst rooms on the ground floor, in one of which the shower was broken. I asked for rooms nearby in advance, since my children will be alone in one room, but neither the first nor the second time we were given rooms nearby..after going on a trip to Abu Dhabi, we returned 3 days later and she again gave us not the best rooms, in one of which the shower did not work again!!!It's not funny anymore
