Palace Dubai Creek Harbour

Stay that makes you feel special. Stuff of dreams!

Pros: I’m not one to hand out a 10/10 cheaply, but this stay deserves every bit. The room was beautiful, in a lovely environment - a bit more peaceful and calm part of Dubai, and very helpful, friendly people in the hotel. I asked for additional (Valentine’s Day) service which was provided without additional pay. And they left a beautiful surprise for my partner. The facilities: infinity pool, gym, lagoon, etc. were great. What I also loved is that it was a relatively new and small hotel, so nothing felt too crowded. Probably also had the best breakfast of my life there. A lot of choice, personalised eggs, couple of buffets: Western, Arabic, warm and cold, for kids, … Can recommend to anyone who’s looking to feel ‘special’ for a couple of nights.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Perfect experience

Pros: It’s beautiful, fresh, new and excellent . Very good location and decent environment

Cons: Nothing , really

Pros: The friendly staff, especially Osama, Mohammed, and Maryam, Ikram

Cons: Some times late service

Perfect, will go again

Pros: The hotel itself is lovely, the Staff... I really can't thank them enough. Everyone, from Modest, Yeashin, Kim, Mohammed (can't remember all their names) but I swear they are the sweetest people ever.

Cons: Some guests, unfortunately they were rude and I feel bad for the staff how they do their best to make sure everyone is happy. I hope anyone who reads this and plans to go to that hotel, Be nice, the staff are human beings, like you and me.

Pros: An exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the service exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect and quite. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended, rate 10 out of 10

Cons: Can't find any

Nice experience

Pros: Location is nice and near from all Dubai actives sites , new and generic

Cons: - Refrigerator not cooling - delayed in breakfast preparation

Pros: The hotel is very elegant and nicely decorated with high ceiling and nice volumes, the rooms are comfortable (beds are great) and all the employees are very efficient and nice. The neighborhood area Creek Harbour is very nice with lots of restaurants and you can make long walks along the river. I have not tried the pool.

A good hotel for a few days' stay outside the city centre.

Pros: A good hotel. The location is convenient for easy access to the Festival Arena and other exhibitions outside the city center. The staff is helpful and the service is excellent.

Cons: The breakfast is a bit simple and meager for a 5-star hotel, but in principle it is sufficient.

Pros: Great property excellent location, fabulous facilities In particular Liesel Mariam and Aly on reception and Myat is ewaan

Cons: View from room could be better

Must stay

Pros: Excellent staff who are extremely helpful and amenable Location and area is new and calm, with lots of walking and great amenities nearby

Cons: View could be better
