Great stay at Urban.

Pros: Clean. Helpful and polite staff. Nice room and nicr breakfast. Car charger available.

Cons: Road noise and noise of doors slamming in the night.

An overall positive stay with small inconveniences

Pros: The hotel was a very good choice for our family. The breakfast was tasty and diverse, offering plenty of options for everyone. The personnel were friendly and welcoming, and we particularly appreciated the support of Nykaa, who made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons: The location required changing transportation a few times to reach the main attractions, which was slightly inconvenient. Please note that a deposit of 100 AED is required upon arrival. If I could wish for one improvement, it would be a stronger coffee.

I reccomend this hotel.

A wonderful stay at Dubaï

Pros: A welcoming and very comfortable hotel with impeccable housekeeping and truly attentive staff, especially for housekeeping or breakfast. There's also a lovely pool with a beautiful view! I recommend it for a stay in Dubai, preferably in the city center, for its good value.

Cons: Everything was great, but you really need to get around by car (or taxi). If you do, it's quick.

A special thank you to Awais, who cleaned my room every day with great care and attention. He even prepared a beautiful surprise decoration in my room, which made my stay feel extra special. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. The staff, the service, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel are consistently excellent. Pros: The staff was very welcoming. Nikita was sweet and very helpful.

Cons: The area is on a busy road. Too much traffic noise.

Pros: Almost everything,staff, the facilities ,cleanliness, I got a free upgrade to a wonderful spacious sweet.

Cons: The furniture is a bit outdated

Cons: Nothing really other than you need to get a taxi everywhere but we knew that before we came!
