Canal Central Hotel Business Bay

Elegant hotel, great location, helpful staff

Pros: Excellent location with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very varied. The pool is comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view of the bay and the city. We received bottled water every day, and we could ask for as much as we wanted. The air conditioning is easy to adjust. Along the shore of the bay behind the hotel, there is a long promenade where you can take wonderful walks. I highly recommend it – everything was perfect!

Pros: Best breakfast ever Awesome canal walks for the evening

Cons: The hair dryer and iron could use an upgrade ;)

Pros: The staff is super helpful and friendly, the number is clear, there is everything that you need.

Cons: The restaurants in the hotel are absolutely awful. We wanted to have lunch there, but we were waiting for our order for a long time, and the dishes weren't tasty. Although breakfast was delicious and varieties.

Beautiful place

Pros: Everything. The staff were amazing, especially the guys outside getting ubers and transferring luggage around, please give these guys the credit they deserve, especially Peter. A credit to this hotel. The breakfast staff were great too, nothing was ever an issue. The housekeeping went above and beyond for my birthday, they dressed the room beautifully. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

Pros: I have traveled to 30 countries, and I have never experienced such genuine hospitality from a hotel team. Everyone from the cleaners to the Russian manager, and all the staff at the front desk was exceptionally kind, respectful, and welcoming. The warmth and professionalism of the staff truly made this stay special.

Luxury Business Hotel with great view

Pros: Excellent Business Hotel in the Business Bay area. Comfy bed and big modern room. The pool area looked very nice; I didn’t have time to use it unfortunately. Very welcoming staff. Thank you for the room upgrade

Cons: Everything fine.
