I would definitely stay again

Pros: The apartments were way bigger than looked at the photo. It was very comfortable for our family stay. Great location close to all points of interest. The swimming pool area was very nice

Cons: The code on the door lock was a bit long to remember, so had to always have a phone with me if wanted to leave the apartment

Very beautiful flat and good location

Pros: This property is located in the business Bay Area. And about a 7 min drive to the metro station which was convenient. The flat was very clean and looked new and the reception staff was very helpful. The swimming pool looked beautiful especially at night with the view of Dubai. Homesgataway staff were also lovely as they replied very quickly to our needs. Flat is also very spacious and well maintained.

Cons: There was a slight problem which the maintenance had a look at. In the summer it is both 15 mins walk to the metro station from the property.

Pros: The place is situated at a good location. It is closer to almost everything. Their pool is top notch, my kids liked it very much. It is value for money.

Cons: There is need to fix their plumbing, hot water is the only issue that needs to be fixed. Otherwise all good.

Un bel appartement et une superbe piscine

Pros: Zahid nous a reçu pour nous transmettre les codes et nous présenter l'appartement. Il s'est montré disponible tout le long du séjour. Merci beaucoup

Cons: Il faut noter que le lieu est bruyant avec les travaux autours et la route. Ça peut être gênant pour dormir.

Great value for the price.

Pros: The host Zahed was very attentive and caring. If you need anything, he organizes it very fast. Pool area is very good, lifeguards present and not too crowded. The building is nice and new and smells great. Overall it's quiet when you close the windows and you can turn the AC off if needed. Spacious balcony and overall apartment, good for families if you need a washing machine etc. Overall it's an apartment and not a hotel, so if you're looking for daily cleaning etc, it's better to book a hotel room.

Cons: Some issues with cleanness, but issues were resolved quickly by building staff. Very busy street during rush hour.. getting to central city takes at least an hour by taxi. No area to walk around. If you like to walk around, better to book around Dubai Marina.

Pros: De ruimte in het appartement was erg comfortabel. De lobby geeft een aangename sfeer. Zahid de host was altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Hij dacht mee en dat maakte ons verblijf extra fijn.

Pros: De ligging was perfect enhet verblijf was mooi en luxe

Cons: Omdat de ligging zo centraal was was er soms wel veel fille
