Excellent stay , warm and polite staff, helpful people

Pros: The property was beautiful with excellent customer service . When I arrived I even got an upgrade and the staff was always smiling , respectful and polite. The spa lady who did the massage was spectacular and I am definitely staying here again.

Cons: Very very limited choice of food for vegetarians in their restaurants . If you miss the breakfast you can only eat veg buryani and pizza . That part needs to change

Nice experience

Pros: Room was exceptional, staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons: I wish it was possible to switch early check in for early check out. I arrived at 8 am and was charged for what seemed like full day despite announcing early arrival. On the other hand, I checked out of the hotel at 5 am. Spa should include additional space to rest between sauna sessions, preferentially not air conditioned as cooling after sauna should ideally be done with ice and cold water so A/C does not feel particularly pleasant.
