Pros: It was our first time visiting Dubai, and from the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed in such a warm and genuine way. The hospitality was outstanding and far beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect — the cleanliness of the rooms, the attention to detail, the amazing breakfast, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay

Pros: Genuine hospitality from the entire staff made our experience very comfortable. A well maintained property.

Cons: The hotel provides a shuttle pretty much on-the-hour to Dubai Mall which is nice, but the nearest metro station is not conveniently located. Taxis are available but usually have to take a circuitous route to get to your destination, having said that the return journey is somewhat direct.

Cons: I had earlier reviewed on trip advisor about all the things we were upset about. But the phenomenal tram under mr. Dey. Really did go above and beyond. They will put this Taj on the map.
