Pros: I liked everything about the accommodation. It was clean and the terrace had a beautiful view of the Palm Island and the Marina. An unforgettable experience.

Cons: What I didn't like was the air conditioning. It was too cold the whole house.The air conditioning was set to 19°C. The hot summer months were over. People travel to Dubai for the pleasant warmth and sunshine, not to freeze. When I turned it off in the next room, room 2, the Asian man turned it on and told me to put on a hoodie. He was a rude man! I had to argue with him a lot.He ruined my vacation. The separate air conditioning needs to be fixed. If I don't need it, then I shouldn't be cold because of other people. It is December and the maximum temperature during the day was 28°C and not 45°C or 52°C at night it was only 22°C, so why the air conditioning?

Great value for money.

Pros: The apartment is located in the middle of the breathtaking Dubai Marina. Being the tallest apartment building in the world, the views are obviously stunning! We arrived before check-in time and the staff went out of their way to still get us settled. Even though this is a self-service apartment, it was well stocked and clean.

Pros: Great view, 90th floor. It was nice. People who rented apartment like me, was nice. No regrets staying here. Nice tower.

Cons: Managment disorganized, they needed 3 days to give me access card/palm scan so i can enter the gym and pool. Ist was hard to get access to the gym. First 5 days if stay didnt have warm water in the shover.

Pros: Výhľad, blízko zastávka autobusov a električiek, cca 13 min pešo metro Soba reality, blízko Carrefour... Dostupnosť na všetky strany Dubai Marina Primera cca 20 min, Kite beach autobusom mimo špičky cca 20 min. Izba v appartmane dostatočne veľká, vlastná toaleta, chladnička TV, wifi zdarma. Infraštruktúra ciest je výborná. Žiadne diery na cestách.Vsade čisto, neustále sa upratuje, na priechode chodcov vám zastavia, veľká ohľaduplnosť.

Cons: Nemám nič konkrétne.

Pros: Wspaniałe widoki z 90 piętra, pokój bardzo przestronny, dostępny basen i siłownia umilały czas, blisko wieżowca jest marina, 20 minut spacerkiem jest wejście na plażę, niedaleko może smacznie zjeść, wypożyczalnia samochodów zaraz obok recepcji. Faktycznie lokatorzy niektórych pokojów nie dbają o porządek w kuchni, ale w pokoju było czysto.

Pros: Samodzielne zameldowanie (odbiór kluczy ze skrytki przed drzwiami), bezproblemowy i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem przez booking, pokój z prywatną łazienką - na plus wanna z hydromasażem. Wspaniały widok z balkonów z części wspólnej na Marinę i całą Palme, z pokoju widok na Marinę i kawałek morza.

Cons: Trochę zużyte meble ale w pokoju ogólnie ok i czysto, w części wspólnej (kuchnia, balkony) bałagan.
