FANTASTIC

Pros: Liked everything about the apartments from check in to check out it was an easy and smooth process

Cons: We did keep getting stopped by the building security but that’s not a bad thing! At least we knew it was safe

Pros: Great area, the apartment is nice as well with a nice view.

Cons: The apartment could use a few small touch ups, but overall everything was nice. The only real downside was that I couldn’t use the gym. It was advertised and confirmed in my booking that gym access was included, but I was denied entry when I asked. I found this a bit unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I had mentioned that the gym was the main reason I booked the place. For the price paid, it should be included, or the listing and booking confirmation should be updated to reflect otherwise.

Perfect stay - highly recommend

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was perfect — the apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful view. The communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay — I would definitely come back! 🌟

Great location , owner very helpful ,easy to check in and leave .

Pros: Self catering ,shared kitchen ,didn't use as I ate out .Quite , each room had residents , and mine was holiday let. Safe area 10 minute walk to Dubai Marina , Tram service excellent .Used it to get to train station , allowed access to Attractions in Dubai ,Burg Kahlif ,Museum of the future , Dubai Mall . Views from this flat were amazing , watched the Sun set , Views from living room great as well.This room has its own toilet/ shower didnt to share with anyone .

Cons: Room was good , forgot my travel hairdryer. No hairdryer in room , but it didn't lesson the experience

Pros: Loved everything, hard to complain to be fair, location is superb, taxis outside the door 24hours, very cheap to get around dubai to all locations

Pros: Amazing view, great price, super common kitchen with friendly co-stayers

Cons: The tab is too big, hot water finishing when tab is 20% fullfilled

Pros: The view from our room is amazing and the host was very kind.

Pros: Location is very good. Next to Tram station. You can walk to the building. Carrefour and Maria Kitchen is in the bulding. So not to worry for food and other items.

Cons: There is no housekeeping / cleaning inside the room for entire stay. There must be a regular cleaning of the room required. Apartment is very clean.

Pros: Sehr großes komfortables Zimmer. Ausstattung war top. Großes bequemes Bett. Die Aussicht war phänomenal mit Blick zur Palme und bei guter sicht zum Burj Khalifa. Lage war super Restaurant und metro gleich vor der Haustür

Cons: Badewanne nicht benutzbar da kein dauerhaft warmes Wasser geht. Aber zum Duschen reicht es aus.
