Pros: The cosy feel to the property well decorated very clean and close to Dubai mall and other basic amenities.

Fantastic location and views. Clean and spacious apartment

Pros: Incredible views from 41st floor Clean and tidy Spacious. Pool was good. Nice gym. Amazing to walk to restaurants, cafés and the Dubai mall. We loved the Time out Market. Amazing views of the Burj Khalifa

Cons: We had an issue on arrival. Despite the booking instructions, it appears that a host from the company – Donaldson vacation homes, needs to be physically present to let you in, rather than the building security. We arrived late after midnight, and had issues entering the Apartment at that time. Please make sure you message the hosts to ensure that an agent will be physically present for your arrival. After we arrived the host was very attentive and ensured all small issues were addressed.

Cons: 1.\tالأرض غير نظيفة. \t2.\tعدم توفر سليبر للحمام أو للبيت. \t3.\tنقص في الخدمات الأساسية مثل الصابون وأكياس القمامة. \t4.\tمساحة الشقة صغيرة مقارنة بالشقق في دبي. \t5.\tوجود إزعاج من المبنى القريب الذي يتم بناؤه عند الجلوس في البالكونة. \t6.\tوقت الخروج مبكر جدًا (11 صباحًا)، مع العلم أن المعتاد في الشرق الأوسط يكون الخروج الساعة 12 ظهرًا.
