Perfect place to stay

Pros: That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good.

Cons: There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.

В целом я в основном гуляла и приходила только спать. Но вода должна и обязана у вас идти горячая!

Pros: Расположение отличное Есть балкон,можно выйти посидеть на воздухе Две кровати,можно остаться на двоих Все близко

Cons: Не идет горячая вода. А когда я сказала об этом владельцу он сказал открыть кран в горячую сторону. Это очень смешно и глупо говорить такое клиенту! Я не из леса приехала и знаю где горячая и холодная! У них не идет горячая вода. Один день я искупалась почти холодной водой. Хорошо я приехала на три с половиной дня. Так и приходилось мыться Слава Богу весь день была не дома. Комнату надо убирать лучше . Не очень чисто.
