Pros: The villa is top. It has ONE balcony and not two. Very well equipped and very comfy beds. The location is within a gated community with plenty of walkways around lakes with a nice view. Small community pool and some outdoor fitness tools.

Cons: It is noisy if you stay in the garden. Nonstop gardening with noisy tools, traffic can be heard from the road nearby, cars drive too fast and sometimes noisy within the community. Arrival procedures complicated. You need to be online at arrival and work through an app to open the door. Lack of information regarding WiFi.

Lovely villa, great location

Pros: Location was excellent for us as we had dogs. Plenty of green space just steps from the villa for walks along the water. Entire villa well appointed throughout. Easy to park, but just as easy to get a taxi at the entrance gate by walking a minute or 2. We had an air conditioner leak, which was dealt with promptly by the management company.
