Grand Bellevue Hotel Apartment Dubai

Quiet at night but receive deposit back in cash

Pros: Quiet at night. Great shower. Brilliant choice for breakfast. Pool area was nice.

Cons: The pillows were too high, so uncomfortable. 500 AED has to be given as a deposit and they give it back to you in cash regardless of how you paid it. Which is useless on the day you are leaving to have cash. We had to pay to store our luggage there on the check out day before we were ready to go to the airport.

Pros: The house keeper (who was either a Nepali or an Indian lady) was so hospitable. She accomodated my need during my stay by fulfilling my request.

Cons: Location.

Pros: The staff are really polite and helpful. The location is good access to Metro. The room is clean and comfortable. I appreciate Tamur in Reception who is always very kind and helpful with guests and it feels to us to be at home everytime we stay in Grand Bellevue Horel!

Pros: Overall, my stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-maintained,

Pros: Friday staff and lovely neighbourhood. Dilshan and Helmia and Ahmed where great hosts.

Great stay at Grand Bellevue Hotel, Tecom

Pros: The hotel is well situated on a main road in Barsha Heights (Tecom), there are cafes, markets, mosque, community area within walking distance of the hotel and the metro train station is only about a km away.

Great staff and great place to stay

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff and great location. Everything matches the description.

Pros: Check in was good. Not sure they should be asking for the security deposit which was higher than the accommodation cost. Not necessary if you already have a credit card on file

Cons: All good with a minor exception of Nespresso coffee machine in the room with the sticker to advise it was AED 2.5 for each capsule. This would be fine if the sticker was visible but it was on the side of the machine, easy fix - move the sticker

would stay again

Pros: the place was lively and safe - staff was good - the stay was all around good

Cons: i ddint like that i have to deposit- and i understand why its done - i also dont like that i must check in before being allowed into the parking of the hotel - other than that - keep up the good work , the stay was generally good

Preparing to return to work with week of relaxing and seeing old favorite places .

Pros: Location excellant for bars and restaraunts and metro though little longer walk in peak Summer means plenty of deodorant or short taxi. I lived in area in past few yrs.Low cost restaraunt and cafe inside. Room nicely done and comfortable. Housekeeping quick to respond and cleaners very friendly and regular. Barsha heights formarly tecum still great location to stay and access all areas.wife strong and consistant.. Provided razor and clothes drying frame immidate on request. Plenty of wardrobe space and desk/ vanity area . Place you felt relaxed and happy to stay in long hrs or return to.

Cons: Microwave little old but worked fine ,no oven so maybe upgraded microwave good. Fridge ok short stay but long stay prefer larger. Appliances otherwise fine. Balcony needs a clean .Seats were very comfy but nice to have small sofa instead . Pots and pans baaic abd ninimal , no carving or cutting knifes, no teaspoons and like many studio apts no tea towels or washing tablets and liquids. Kitchen cuboards showing little age but rest very good condition. No slippers or bathrobe ,just few minor touchs make massive differance. Nothing really that would put me off staying again.
