Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments

Pros: The room overall was comfortable with well equipped kitchen. The bed and mattress in the bedroom were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Helen helped us with all small issues we had. Rooms been cleaned everyday and very thoroughly!

Cons: The extra bed was too small for 2 children. There was a huge shortage of power sockets which was unusual for a modern hotel like this.

Pros: The hotel is nicely decorated, with outdoor parking, the staff is very friendly. I would especially like to commend Gonzaga, Pryanshu, Helen and Thiri. They welcomed us very nicely. Since we arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in, they allowed us to use the pool and provided us with towels and hurried to prepare the room. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and the staff at the restaurant is very friendly. The hotel is close to the supermarket and the metro. We highly recommend this hotel for families and couples

Cons: Not enough power socket to charge the phone next to the bed. Construction noise next to the building could be annoying at times. Bathroom was relatively smaller.

A comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen and very good bed, but the hotel feels a bit old and slightly overpriced

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen, which was very useful if you wanted to cook. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. However, the hotel feels a bit old overall. The furniture, the sofa in the living room and the armchairs looked quite worn and slightly dirty. The property is decent and functional, but it does show its age. For the price, it felt a little expensive for what it offers, although the comfort and facilities still made the stay okay overall.

Cons: What we did not like is that the hotel felt quite old and a bit overpriced for the condition and furniture it offers.

Pros: A kind word of appreciation for this wonderful hotel, especially Mr. Mohammed and Helen, with whom I dealt directly, as well as the entire staff — receptionists, workers, and housekeeping teams. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service, excellent standards, kind treatment, peace and quiet, and proximity to the most important locations in Dubai. This is my second consecutive stay at this hotel, and I truly hope to return again.

Pros: Staff are exceptionally polite. The stay was functional and comfortable, though the extra bed was a bit basic. We particularly liked the a la carte breakfast; it was simple yet delicious. Great for a quiet, reliable stay.

Cons: extra bed was not as expected

Pros: The good location and clean room. Very helpful stuff especially Aygustine , John, Thiri ,gonzaga , Mohamed and George all are great . The Breakfast in Risen was limited in options but the quality is perfect . Around 13 mins from Metro station and 2 mins to bus station.

It was worth my time and every cent. Beautiful memories.

Pros: I loved the staff working in the hotel. The following staff were great: Sahil, Shamsun, Augustine, Thiri, John and Gonzaga. They truly made my stay in Dubai lovely. Keep up the good job.

Cons: Availability of room service for meals or even take out.

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: I’ve stayed at the Grand Heights already several times. The location is very convenient with supermarkets close by and quick access to Sheik Zayed Road. A big plus is the ability to wash laundry in the room and the cafe in the entrance area is very good. But what really sticks out is the friendliness of the staff around Augustine, Thiri, John and Gonzaga. They always seem to have a smile on their face and are ready to help with any request.

Cons: The downside is the gym which could be bigger and directly accessible from the hotel.

Good place for solo and families

Pros: The hotel is located 15mins from the metro station which is ok if you are happy to walk. The staff are ok not amazing nor rubbish they are a little blunt for my liking. The breakfast was good. The pool looked great the water was warm. The room was great the bed and pillows were comfy I slept very well. Would be good to get a little fresh milk available for arrival for the coffee and tea provided.

Cons: Plug sockets they are very limited and no USB sockets so bring plugs!!! Breakfast - shame they don't have fresh juice only sweetened stuff out of a carton. No fresh fruit available either.
