Citadines Metro Central Dubai

Pros: Overall is good for me. Even though there was an accident during my stay, the staff has fixed the problem, because my door was broken.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: All is great , but I just suggest that breakfast be an open buffet same other 4 stars hotels and not limited to a small portion on one plate per person.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel :) The staff is very friendly, polite, professional, we would especially thank to Angelina - the receptionist, Ibrahim - who booked us a transfer to Soluna beach and Jerry from the restaurant - he is sooo kind, as everyone else there :) Metro station is 2 min aways, several supermarkets also.

My stay was exceptional

Pros: The apartment was well organised with all amenities as expected of a home and so clean. The corridors were silent without any noise disturbance. The Apartment building is well located in a private place with easy access and ample parking spaces.

Cons: Upon arrival for check-in at night, there were some guests waiting to be checked in by the two GSAs at the reception. The arabic gentleman at the reception was arguing with another guest and was not listening to her point of view. Rather, he was talking over the lady guest, and in the end, she ended up requesting to speak to the manager, who actually listened and resolved her issue. This was awkward as it displayed unprofessionalism, and also projected the kind of treatment to expect from the staff. Luckily, i didn't encounter such from other staff.

Pros: Excellent service, great location, spacious rooms, clean and modern. All perfect overall. Highly recommend.

Pros: Its just next to Internet city metro station, restaurant and supermarket are very close to the hotel

Well-located hotel with a bit of an apartment building vibe. Clean, modern, cozy.

Pros: Breakfasts are good for a shorter stay (there are a few options but not all of them will fit most palates). Otherwise tasty, healthy portions (= not too big ;-) ) but the waiting staff are all cool. Location perfect for commuting - Dubai Internet City Metro St. next door.

Cons: No carpet - it's a long-term stay hotel with tile floors. But rooms are spacious, clean and attended to daily.
