For the time of year the price was good for the accommodation we received

Pros: This is a great 1 bed apartment, the prices are high, but that is normal for this time of year, the front desk staff are very professional

Pros: A very good value-for-money option in Dubai, especially if you are looking for something affordable for a longer stay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the bed is extremely comfortable. A particularly nice touch is having not only a shower but also a small bathtub — perfect if you enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. The apartment is cleaned daily, with fresh bed linen changed regularly. The kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking, and if not, food delivery usually arrives within about 10 minutes. The reception staff were professional, friendly and very responsive, helping me with every request and query. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place for an extended stay in Dubai.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is no coffee machine in the room, nor is there a bar or restaurant within the hotel itself. The nearest Starbucks is about a 15-minute walk away. As a result, coffee lovers may need to switch to tea, as only a kettle is provided. The area is also not as well developed in terms of infrastructure. There are very few restaurants or cafés nearby, which can be inconvenient if you do not cook and prefer to eat out.

excellent service from staff

Pros: excellent service and response from staff. they were able to help with issues very swiftly. One bed was a generous size and had everything i needed. Staff were good to arrange a late check out time for my party and to hold my baggage too.

Cons: beds not so firm and sofas were too soft
