Comfortable , and great views excellent staff.👍🏾🇦🇪

Pros: Close to metro and central to the locations I wanted to visit

Cons: The lifts were always very busy. And not as responsive as I had hoped.

Pros: Everything was amazing!!! The room big and clean!!! The staff very polite!!

Excellent apartment and location

Pros: Convenient location to Metro, supermarket next door. Very nice cafe in reception. Good room service and plenty of very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. We had an apartment with kitchen, balcony and sea view. Excellent. Quiet rooms. Lifts were fairly quick arriving in view of the number of floors. The cleanliness of the room and helpful staff were the standout features.

Cons: Tea towel to dry dishes would have been useful.

Chetty Chetty Bang Bang

Pros: Staff very friendly, they allowed us to check in early on the day we arrived. Great room service and pool area is very relaxing.

Cons: No free airport shuttle.

Pros: Perfect location, right next to metro station, lot of restaurants in the area, easy to travel around the whole Dubai. All personell is very friendly, professional and helpful, especially the house keeping, that guys are amazing. Hotel also offers activities to keep busy. Rooms are sunny, open and full of air. Beds are very comfortable....I slept like a baby (and I think that was the highlight of my whole stay 😄)

We recommend this hotel for your vacation

Pros: We had a large room with two bedrooms and a living room. We were lucky with the view from the balcony, overlooking the Burj Al Arab. The room had everything we needed: the beds were very comfortable, clean sheets and towels, and all the necessary shower products. Drinking water was always brought during cleaning. The staff was very friendly. We were lucky and checked into our room at 11 a.m. The hotel's location is super: 2 minutes from the metro, a grocery store, and there are also many cafes nearby. We used the pool; it wasn't heated, but the warm jacuzzi saved the situation. The balcony in the room was opened upon request. The 200 dirham deposit was returned to our card within a week of check-out. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Our room was on the 28th floor, and the elevator was generally quick, arriving within 5 minutes. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel.

Cons: The bedroom was a little cool, and we could hear some traffic noise, as if the balcony door wasn't closing properly. But earplugs were a saving grace, and the blankets were very warm. The hair dryer was old and wall-mounted, making it a bit difficult to dry my hair; it kept turning off when I dried it on high power. The TV didn't have access to YouTube or Netflix. The kitchen was missing a sponge and dish soap, but perhaps the staff could have provided those.

Pros: I liked everything, from location to the faciliries and service 😎👍

Pros: Definitely was good regarding parking and it was nice to have the balcony with the spacious living room. It definitely is looking a bit tired and slightly worn out.
