Honest, clean and good value for 1-2 low cost Business nights

Pros: Staff is always great and corrected my booking mistake - room was spacious and clean . Breakfast is decent and gym is bit small but enough and very clean generally this is a well run and good value for money place that allows you to escape from the madness of Dubai driving when you need to stay for meetings and has a chilled out downtown feel - don't expect super lux but it's honest, service is very good and it's clean

Cons: Room was very good but did have a slight left over smell of distant cigarette, would be good to have extra large towel

Great location, minor disappointments

Pros: Great stay at Number One Tower. Very good location on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to metro and Dubai Mall. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that extra water isn’t provided if u ask for they charge and they charge for additional cleaning, which was a bit disappointing for me. Otherwise, it was a good stay

Wonderful experience

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at Number One Tower Suites. The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was consistently very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Good location right in the geografical center of the city, value for money

Pros: Staff are very friendly. I had a late flight and the personnel let me stay extra 1.5 hours for free and let me leave my luggage in the lobby.

A very friendly, no-fuss place – highly recommended

Pros: The room was very spacious and with a fantastic view over Sheikh Zayed Rd on one side and the other the Burj Khalifa. But what made my stay exceptional were the staff at reception and I also enjoyed the Levant breakfast. The hotel is right next to Financial Center Metro which made moving around easy.

Cons: Although the room was clean and tidy there were just a few details like very small a piece of soap from the previous resident that was left in the bathroom and a grain of pomegranate near the kitchenette and dust on the window cills. I not for this it would be a perfect score.

Great value for money, ideal location.

Pros: The size of room and partition into different sections was perfect. Ideal for a business traveler.

Cons: Three things, one not the fault of the hotel. 1) very noisy neighbours. I had to complain on two night but the staff dealt with it 2) No hot water for the shower on the morning of my departure 3) The breakfast was average. Limited choices. Could do with scrambled eggs. More croissants etc

Pros: Number one Tower it's in a very convenient place with transport, Mosque to prays and numbers of nice restaurants, it's a very neat and nice Hotel Apartment and Receptionist Team are all Good People with their Manager very kind and helpful Team, Keep it up guys
