Pros: Everything felt just right – the rooms were spotless, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Riyas for all the support. It really felt like a home away from home.

Great stay. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location was good. (It is in walking proximity to the Metro Station and the Dubai Mall, granted it is quite a walking distance to the Dubai Mall). The staff was friendly and willing to offer assistance when they can. Arrived a bit early after a long flight and early morning city tour program and the staff offered early check-in which was a huge plus as it helped my family get some much needed sleep before enjoying the city in the evening. The food was great. The breads and cake was so delicious. The staff, Kaylan, was kind and gave us a ride to the airport even at 00:30 hours.

Cons: The food at breakfast kept running out and the staff seemed to be having a hard time keeping up with the people eating all the food. The dishes and bowls as well as coffee mugs kept running out so there was some waiting for the dishes/plates to comeout of the dishwasher. The hotel only offered shuttle service to limited locations and times. But calling a taxi through Careem app was not an issue. Often the taxi arrived within 2~5 minutes. (Often saw taxis just waiting around near the Metro station, so the accesibility/transportation was not an issue)

Very good choice for Dubai Mall shoppers

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. 5 min. walking to metro station and through there 15 min. walking to Dubai Mall. The breakfast was also good.

Cons: Internet connection was fine on my first day but it was quite slow during the rest of my stay. The windows are very dirty outside and the gym is very small.
