Westminster Dubai Mall

perfect location and hotel

Pros: the view, the size room, location and the staff is very kind and helpful specially Ali

Cons: the toilet

The connection to mall make it veryrady to stay

Pros: It has connection to mall and clean service everyday

Cons: At first we arrived we didn’t found the apartment clean enough.the carpet and kitchen and bathroom. The day after when I wanted to make coffee the coffee maker was full of insects and the toaster didn’t work and the refrigerator door was broken and some ofthe door of closet too but the owner company came and i told them and fix it but the apartment wasn’t equipped well totally

Pros: Location, and personel eas excelleng, Mustafa, Ibrahim and Ally

Cons: location, and swimiingpool

Pros: I had a great stay the apartment was very ideal and spacious Mostafa and the team was very welcoming and always contactable via the mobile if I needed any help. When getting to the premises at first it was hard to find as it’s within another hotel and these apartments are on the residence side and not under the Westminster logo out side the front door. But don’t let that out you off if you enter the building the staff assist you anyway and your treated like your a hotel guest anyway. Would stay again highly recommend for location price and service

Pros: Every nice like always. Mustafa always help a lot here

Pros: Mustard and Ali was great at providing services and were amazing

Pros: Mr. Mustafa and Mr Ibrahim made the experience worth going through while checking in when i was about to cancel it. It is always worth it to have such

Pros: Conveniently located next to dubai mall, 5 minutes walk to burj khalifa

Thanks to Mustafa

Pros: Amazing stay with amazing views, I really recommend it

Pros: Mustafa really assisting on my check-out process.. Very nice person.

Cons: Very good facilities and Burj Khalifa view..
