Pros: We had fantastic stay in a double apartment. Everything was perfectly clean, daily cleaning and changing towels and everything you need. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful in everything. Fantastic breakfast and very kind staff during it. My daughter is celiac, she got gluten-free bread and dessert made especially for her every day. Thank you so much for this very kind and helpful approach! Great selection of hot and cold buffet, eggs in all ways, fresh fruit and vegetables. Whenever we come back, we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again:-)

amazing location and friendly staff next to Dubai mall

Pros: the location its perfect, and the staff was wonderful!

Cons: It lacking maintenance in many parts, specially on the sauna area for men, the jacuzzi was broken, the steam sauna had broken showers and no ice buckets.

Recommendable for staying near downtown city center and Dubai Mall. Good enough rooms

Pros: Location, room space and comfort. Spa was very nice. 24h Gym service and availability of pool (although did not make use of it).

Cons: Breakfast could be more diverse and provide hot plates/meals (pankakes, omelette, etc.) and the diversity of the dining options within the premises of the hotel could be better. No alcoholic options for beverages. Would benefit from a more attractive lounge that would engage people to share the space and network /or work there. It was simply lacking such space.
