Perfect location but host service is a minus

Pros: Perfect location. The pool area with view to Burj Kalifa. Literally in the center of the center.

Cons: The host is not reliable. We stayed for 4 nights and asked for cleaning for once. But there was no cleaning arranged at all for 4 nights. Garbage bin was way too full.

Apartment was exceptional, better than expected and made our trip to Dubai even more special!

Pros: Amazing location, next to Burj Khalifa. Apartment was super clean and very large size bedrooms and bathrooms. Our young children loved the use of playground and water fountain outside the building. The view from the swimming pool is spectacular. Amazing facilities. First class stay! Highly recommend if you want to stay central and next to Dubai Mall, metro and Burj Khalifa. Our return flight back to the UK was late at night so we had to spend the entire day around Dubai after check out. For our luggage, we used Luggage taxi, which can be arranged and booked online. They take your luggage from the property and deliver to the destination, in our situation it was the airport. Super convenient and easy, let us do more sightseeing without the need to worry about the luggage.

Overall great experience, would definitely recommend. Especially because of the daily cleaning

Pros: Great location, big space and daily cleaning were the main plus points. The staff were very helpful also, very fast to respond and take care of any minor needs

Cons: Some of the apartments require a bit more of a deep clean. We had to change the first apartment we were given because of some stains. But these are minor issues that can be resolved easily. Also, there is no place to store luggage which is a bit inconvenient
