Pros: Pool is really nice. Location in general is good.room very comfortable.

Cons: Its not a hotel but a single appartment rented out. The neighbouring room are handled by other individual. Thus, the reception is only for administration stuff and not for handling services during the stay. Also, the building itself seems very high end. Thus, by the reception lobby are lot of women coming and leaving quickly every time. This was bit disturbing knowing that the building is used for some other purpose. May be I am wrong and most of them were really guests/ living at the buildinh

Pros: Уютный, современный и аккуратный номер, со всеми удобствами и с потрясающим видом из окна.

Pros: Muy buen aparthotel. La habitacion muy grande, buena cocina, baño excelente. Las vistas espectaculares. La cama muy cómoda. Piscina excelente. Volveremos a este hotel si volvemos a Dubai. Lo recomiendo.

Cons: Nadie hablaba español. Es la tercera lengua internacional despues del chino y el inglés.

Pros: Nagyon kedves segítőkész személyzet, nagyon szép szoba pazar kilátással a tengerre és a Marinára! Legközelebb is ide jövünk!

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario (forse il nostro aveva un terrazzino di dimensioni ridotte rispetto agli altri). Piscina bellissima e sempre pulita, con comodo servizio bar. E' presente anche una palestra ma non l'abbiamo utilizzata durante il nostro soggiorno. Taxi sempre presenti all'esterno della struttura e supermercato situato a 100 metri di distanza.

Cons: Check-in difficoltoso: alla Reception ci hanno richiesto il numero di appartamento, che nessuno mi aveva inviato prima del nostro arrivo. Dopo un po' di difficoltà, siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto con il proprietario che, tramite la Reception, ha risolto la situazione. Assenza di deposito bagagli, ci è stato consigliato di lasciare le valige appena fuori dalla porta dall'appartamento. Non ci siamo fidati e abbiamo prenotato un locker per la giornata del check-out dato che avevamo l'aereo di rientro in tarda serata.

Pros: Although it says Burj view, that may be true but very little view and you have to really focus to see the Burj.

Cons: Message wasn’t very clear regarding Burj View
