Grand Millennium Business Bay

Amazing.

Pros: Really Really good service and amazing rooms. Much better than other over rated hotels. 100% feels like a 5 star though isn’t. Will come back 100%

Cons: Gave me the wrong room first day but later on upgraded to a suite for the next 3 days.

Pros: It was a great accommodation, very clean, helpful staff, good location, great restaurants. I would love to come back again.

Fairly Okay stay

Pros: It was a fairly good hotel and in a good location. I loved the security and comfort as a solo traveller but then again Dubai is a safe city overall.

Cons: I travelled in a busy holiday season & I felt that hotel staff took longer to address issues as they were overwhelmed with outgoing and incoming guests. I hope this can be resolved or the staff can trained to handle large volumes of people at one go without a guest feeling neglect.

Pros: Great staff, smoking rooms available, rich breakfast. Everything is clean and everyone is pleasent. Vallet was super kind with taking bags and transfering them to the room. Reception knowledge is 100%. Every question was answered.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and the food was amazing

Pros: -Location is very good at the center of Dubai near Dubai mall. -The room decor was very modern and it size was good for two persons.

Cons: -They don't have shower box but instead they have bathtub which I don't prefer. -You can hear the other room noises which is annoying.

Pros: Great value for the price. The hotel is located in the heart of the business district, very clean, with a high level of customer service. The staff are courteous, and the breakfast is rich and varied.

Cons: Every trip out of the hotel requires taking a taxi, and some of the facilities — such as the rooftop — are still not available.

Enjoyable

Pros: The staff were wonderful, making my stay feel very welcoming and pleasant. The housekeeping team were consistently kind and attentive each day—especially Shaheen, who kept my room immaculate, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful with staff very attentive. Great variety. Clean and modern seating. There's also a lovely seating area on the ground floor you can sit and work on your laptop if you're there for business. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: It would be appreciated if staff were able to accept Talabat or Noon deliveries and bring them to the room. On one evening when I was feeling unwell, I had to come downstairs to collect an order outside the hotel, and this service would have made the experience more comfortable.
