Luxury Grande Suites by Hostiva - Full Burj Khalifa View

Pros: Everything was just perfect. The apartment is very nice, modern and well equipped but the best part is the view and the balcony. And anything you need Mr. Majeed Usman is always very friendly and helpful. Thanks to him we didn't have any problem.

Pros: The view was fantastic and sama as shown on the booking. The apartment was clean . Majeedusman was so nice with us and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this stay if you are visiting dubai with family.

Pros: The best part of this property is the view. The living room and the two bedrooms have an amazing view of Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain. This apartment seemed relatively new, so it was very clean and had all required amenities. Mr. Majeed Usman met us upon arrival and sweetly guided us through all the facilities.

Cons: The only drawback in my opinion is the lack of daily housekeeping. When you stay with family for a longer period, the place can feel messy. Water bottles were provided on the day of check-in but later, to buy more bottled water, we had to look for a convenient store nearby.

Wonderful

Pros: Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location is amazing — Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just steps away. Clean, quiet, and cozy. We stayed in the apartments — spacious and comfortable, just like home. The staff is outstanding, and we would especially like to mention Mr. Majeedusman, who welcomed us, gave us a tour of the residence, and showed us everything we needed. You could feel the genuine care for every guest. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone planning a trip to Dubai!

Pros: Ideal location close to Burj Khalifa. Our host, Majeed Usman, was very helpful at any time.

Pros: I love the location as it was just next to Burj Khalifa. The apartment was easily accesible and clean. Mr Majeed was helpful with the check in process and was reachable when needed. The staff was also easily reachable when I had enquiries about my booking.
