Knokey Luxury 1BR Apartments - 5 min walk to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall & Dubai Fountain

Great location

Pros: The apartment location is it's best part. We were there for New Years fireworks and only had to go downstairs to view the Burj Khalifa fireworks. The residence passes were posted to us on 31st early morning, so that we have smooth access to the area. It is very close to Dubai Mall and Fountains too. The communication was very easy with swift response any time of the day. The apartment has all the amenities. There is a garbage chute just outside the apartment door. I will highly recommend and looking forward to be back in our next Dubai trip

Cons: 1.Oven gloves would be nice to have as no one actually travels with them 2. The cooker hood never worked so we had to keep the AC on just to get the smell out 3. We could not keep the balcony door open because of a rotting smell, unsure whether this was from outside or within the room but it was particularly strong every time we entered the apartment. This should particularly be looked into

Excellent location!!

Pros: Excellent location. It actually is within 10 mins of walking distance from Burj Khalifa ticket entrance and Dubai mall. Several food and deli options nearby. Location is excellent !!

Pros: The apartment is very close to the fountains and the mall. It was clean and quite spacious. I recommend this apartment,

great place to stay in Dubai downtown

Pros: Great location, nice pool area with a great view to Burj Khalifa. Apartment was of a right size for a family of 4, plus baby.

Cons: There is a big construction going on at the moment, but we were aware about it when booking. Noise can get disturbing at night time.

Perfect location! Very nice building and beautiful pool view.

Cons: All good

Pros: Location, location, lication! Superb swumming pool with umbelivable wiew of Burj Khalifa

It was perfect. The only challenge I mentioned above.

Pros: The Filipino lady was excellent, who showed us and escorted us to our room. Thanks a lot to this Philippine lady of your staff. And the apartment was excellent

Cons: But the lady communicated with us on the phone with the Russian language was very rude and did not respect us as a customer. and we explained to her that we have only cash for the security deposit, but she did not allow us to enter the room and kept us long in front of the door and did not send us the code for the door. The lady who talked with the Russian language was disrespectful for us.

Pros: Great location, great and clean apartment 10/10 🙂

Pros: New great builing and very nice quiped apartment. Very nice gym (4+) and very cool pool with Burj Halifa view. There is also a snooker on a ground floor, we had some nice moments played : ) Thanks guys, we've enjoied staying.
