SmartStay at Grande Signature - Downtown Dubai City Views - Brand New Luxury Apartments

Pros: Very nice apartment close to Burj Khalifa, in a modern and beautiful residence. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic and pleasant, highly recommended

Pros: Right next to Burj Khalifa and Burj Park with superb views from Infiniti pool

Pros: It was my first stay at the place but wont be my last one for sure! If you are not familiar with the location you must know its 10/10. Its gonna save you plenty of money on taxis because everything is within a few steps. Apartment was clean and cozy, the amenities of the building too. Host hospitality was more than enough, I had a random question at late hours which they’ve answered immediately. Very helpful also after the checkout and made sure I had no problems. Thats what I love in Dubai, amazing hospitality!

Pros: That was truly beautiful and relaxed staying with ! SmartStay is the best service here

Cons: Only one minus was that building in front of badroom was so loud at the late night and it was difficult to fall in sleep!

Pros: Had an amazing stay! The apartment was perfect and the location couldn't be better. A special shout-out to the lady on the team who helped me with my heavy bags—it was a huge help. They were also super kind to let me keep my car in the parking for a few extra hours after I checked out. Really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely come back!

Pros: Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and the entire experience. Despite the early check-in time, we were met by a company representative. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and everything was practically new. The agency asked us several times about our well-being and offered any assistance. They also provided us with appropriate passes to move around the area for the New Year celebration. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the attractions in Dubai Downtown. It is also a 15-minute walk to the metro. Otherwise, Bolt and Uber work great and the transportation costs are also affordable.

Cons: We didn't have any bad experiences.

Perfect spot.

Pros: Nice, clean place. Few steps from Burj Khalifa, the fountain, Dubai Mall, Metro station. Perfect spot.
